Good guys of the real estate industry. We met Akshay Bhatia through a transaction before he joined Propzilla and found him to be a thorough professional and knowledgeable. He is very different from the Pushy Real estate guys in the industry, he doesnt want to sell but want to help you make an informed decision. Then he joined Propzilla and his approach and service delivery remained the same and that got us instantly trust the Propzilla brand, a brand is made by its people. We later did 2 more transcations with Propzilla and they followed up on all the commitments on time as promised. I dont even feel comfortable in doing any transcation with any other real estate firm but Propzilla and specially Akshay Bhatia. And yes, they got me the best price in the market for a flat we bought. I remember Akshay quoting me the final price and said sir, I wont even call you for 2 weeks, you ask around, do your research and you have a free period if you can get a lower price. I rang my mutiple sources and real estate brokers, nobody could even come close to what Propzilla was offering. I put my trust in them and trust them to help me make the right decision.
